The Servpro Crew Chief leads a team in the restoration and mitigation of residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damages. Responsibilities include assessing job sites, managing on-site operations, supervising technicians, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining customer satisfaction, and documenting project progress in the companys CRM system. The role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
