Responsibilities
- Ability to manage and monitor multiple operational divisions
- Create and maintain annual business plans and goals
- Develop the annual company budget, including projected revenue, projected expenses, and desired profit margin
- Lead a team of managers as they respond to and manage restoration and construction projects
- Ensure clear communication between customer and client to achieve the highest satisfaction possible
- Ensure job processes and procedures are followed, including safety training and guidelines
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing managers and staff
- Thorough understanding of SERVPRO services, cleaning products and equipment used. (Training will be provided)
- Maintain and organize warehouse area
- Other tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED; Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of management experience
- 1 years of restoration industry experience
- IICRC certifications – WRT and ASD, Master designation is a plus
- Team building and tangible leadership skills
- Strong process and results driven attitude
- Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated

- Strong oral communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work on-call shifts
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Occasionally – Lifting objects up to 100lbs with assistance, driving
- Constant – Working with your hands, walking, standing, sitting, climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, working in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics), repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying of objects up to 50lbs, working with and around chemicals, working overhead
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position, daytime, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires longer hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including some evening and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
