- Participates in opening/closing duties as outlines in spa procedures manual.
- Arriving to shift on time and maintaining satisfactory attendance.
- Meet, greet, and respond to all guests in a professional, courteous and tranquil manner.
- Follow dress code requirements at all times.
- Understand and use computer system to manage schedule.
- Interacts with fellow employees in a courteous and professional manner.
