SERVPRO performs commercial and residential water, fire and mold restoration work within the North Shore and Greater Boston areas.
Prior restoration experience is preferred.
The job is full time, with a 4-day work week!
Work hours Monday – Saturday during the day, early starts (7:30AM) or evening or weekend work, depending on our customers’ needs. We are an emergency services company and all employees must participate in an after-hours, on-call rotation approximately 1 week per month.

Summary
As a Water Damage Restoration Technician, you will be essential in restoring properties affected by water damage, mold, and fire. Reporting to the Restoration Manager, your core skills in water damage restoration and mold remediation will be critical in ensuring effective recovery processes. You will utilize your knowledge of hand and power tools, along with your experience in the restoration industry, to perform cleaning and restoration tasks. Proficiency in both Spanish and English, along with a valid driver's license, will enhance communication and service delivery in this vital role.
Some tasks may require working in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics or mechanical spaces). You must be able to work in required PPE like respirators, Tyvek suits, hard hats and with fall protection harnesses.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to water damage incidents and assess the extent of damage.
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
- Conduct mold remediation and ensure safe removal of affected materials.
- Utilize hand and power tools for restoration tasks, including carpet cleaning and construction work.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the restoration process.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
