We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Job Process Coordinator to support our operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring seamless communication between our team and clients. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a strong background in administrative duties, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries with clarity and empathy.
- Coordinate job scheduling, ensuring efficient assignment of tasks to field technicians and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of job progress, including documentation, billing, and insurance paperwork.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and ensure all administrative tasks are completed promptly.
- Assist in preparing reports, tracking project statuses, and managing correspondence with insurance providers and clients.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized systems for easy access to information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a service-based or customer-facing industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn industry-specific software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in the restoration, construction, or insurance industries is a plus but not required.
