Commercial Marketing Manager

Create and maintain relationships with the customer to implement our service and maximize the customer’s experience.

• Develop strategies to efficiently onboard customers.
• Clearly and effectively communicate all aspects of the service to the customer, while managing expectations.
• Ability to empathize with customers.
• Effectively manage projects while identifying, communicating, and resolving issues that arise.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure customer needs are being met while meeting internal objectives.

Required skills

• Extensive face-to-face customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities needed.
• Must have the ability to build rapport with clients in person and over the phone.
• Must be highly detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects and multi-task in a large territory.
• Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce
• Be highly competitive, positive, and results-driven.
• Be coachable, trainable, and have a good, outgoing personality.
• Experience in cold calling and connecting to decision maker
• Construction and/or restoration background
• Understanding of emergency services including flood and fire
• Confidence in networking and relationship building

This is a salary non-exempt role allowing you to receive a base salary in addition to potential monthly commissions!

Pay: $61,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
