Emergency Dispatcher

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer emergency calls and provide support to clients during stressful situations.
• Dispatch response teams to emergency job sites quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and job records, ensuring proper documentation is in place.
• Analyze dispatch reports to ensure tasks are managed and tracked correctly.
• Coordinate scheduling of crews and manage job priorities.
• Handle general office administrative duties and assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of administrative, office-related, or business experience preferred.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable, customer service, or scheduling is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous tone.
• Ability to stay calm and composed in high-stress, emergency situations.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), with the ability to learn new software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
