Lead technicians act as crew chiefs in the field, leading their teams to complete a variety of restoration projects on time, on budget and at the highest standard in the industry..
This position requires restoration and/or construction experience, along with at least a WRT certification from the IICRC.
Our technicians are dispatched to different jobsites throughout the week, this allows you to have variety and new challenges on a regular basis. You’ll work with new people and new customers daily while helping to restore their homes or business back to normal. Job Description:
As a local and national leader in the restoration industry, we help home and business owners get their lives back on track after disaster strikes. Our services include Fire/Smoke Restoration, Mold Remediation, Odor Remediation, Biohazard & Covid Cleaning.
Respond to service calls as needed. Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO® production guidelines. Act as crew chief, managing personnel and resources to get the job done right. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
Regularly lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, working in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics), repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, working with and around chemicals, and working overhead.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and job sites may be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator for their safety.
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:
This is a full-time position working 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including some evening and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
