Estimator/ Project Manager Job Description

The Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for managing the functions necessary to successfully perform remediation projects.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

1. Project Initiation and Initial Job Scoping

a. Evaluate and sell projects.

b. Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity

c. Educate customers on job process.

2. Project Planning

a. Identify and document project scope of work.

b. Create and review estimates.

c. Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate.

d. Maintain communication with customers and adjuster about the job, ensure expectations are met.

e. Remain up-to-date on all jobs in progress.

f. Coordinate and monitor subcontract work.

g. Inspect services and final walk-through on jobs.

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements

This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Monday–Friday. This position frequently requires long hours, working on-call and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
