I am not going to write a bunch of daily responsibilities that 80% of you all will not read so let’s get into it.
This job requires physical labor, so if that is not what you are looking for, you can stop reading right now. On a daily basis, we tear up floors, remove drywall, suck up water, set up drying equipment, clean up contamination from mold, and fires. On a regular basis, you will be required to lift at least 50 pounds.
We are often the first people on the scene after someone has a major disaster in their home, so if you get satisfaction from helping others, then this position might be the perfect fit for you.
Most days, the hours are 7:45-5 Monday through Friday, but since we are a growing team, sometimes we have to stay a little late to get done what we need to, but this is what I call growing pains and will not last forever. There is also an emergency response on call rotation (every 4-5 weeks, for a one week period) that comes with a $100 bonus per week and a $50 bonus for every job responded to. I want to be the biggest restoration company in Tennessee, which is why we are looking to hire team members to be on the ground floor and help us build the business.
