Primary Responsibilities
- Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity
- Prepare estimates and enter in software system - Xactimate
- Verify the accuracy of information provided
- Identify and document project scope of work
- Review all job paperwork to ensure completeness
- Be proficient with Xactimate
- Communicate with insurance carriers
Position Requirements
- Effective written and oral communication
- Experience in mitigation/restoration preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multitask
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Be proficient in Xactimate for mitigation, reconstruction, and able to learn internal software.
- Experience in customer service industry environment, a plus
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
