We are looking for a person with construction skills that wants to join a great team in the Restoration market. The Skilled Laborer will assist in various construction tasks, utilizing specialized skills and tools to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a solid understanding of construction processes and the ability to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks related to construction projects. Including but not limited to trim work, drywall, paint, cabinetry, plumbing electrical, etc..
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Picking up and delivering materials to various job sites.
- Assist in the preparation of job sites, including but not limited to loading/unloading materials.
- Follow instructions to complete work accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members and trades to achieve project goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in training and development activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bi-Lingual is a plus.
- Relevant vocational training or certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in a construction or skilled labor role.
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices in construction.
- Excellent physical stamina and strength; ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
