Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and promoting our services. The ideal candidate will be driven, have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and prospect for new Commercial and Residential business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, trade shows, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, insurance agents, property managers, trade industry referral sources, and other potential clients.
  • Educate clients about our services and the benefits of working with our company.
  • Create Emergency Ready Plans for potential commercial and multifamily clients.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate service agreements with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements :

  • Experience in Business to Business sales
  • Experience in relationship sales role
  • Proven track record of success in sales preferably in the restoration, construction, or real estate industry.
  • Qualified applicants without industry specific experience will still be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Technical knowledge of restoration industry techniques and processes preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned local territory as needed.
  • Willingness to travel within the US approximately 3X per year for storm.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
