The Disaster Recovery Team, SERVPRO of Saginaw is currently seeking a DRT Production Technician.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Transportation of equipment to jobsite
- Staging small format equipment, Fans, Dehumidifiers etc.
- Staging large format equipment
- Selective demo
- Moisture mapping/logs
- Cleaning of Equipment
- Maintenance of equipment large and small format
- Maintaining trailers on jobsite
This is a full-time position with competitive salary plus benefits.
Requirements:
- Perform production processes following SERVPRO DRT production guidelines.
- Ensure clear two-way communication with Project Manager and other Technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
- A proactive and positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Devoted to integrity, honesty, and empathy toward colleagues and customers.
- Extremely adaptable to changing tasks and schedules.
- Ability to be on call to respond to a disaster.
- Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights or greater.
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
Qualifications
- Effective oral communication
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
