Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities
- Maintain job files from start to finish for all mitigation and construction jobs.
- Experience in the commercial cleaning, restoration industry (smoke, fire, water and mold damage) or insurance industry is preferred but not required.
- Ensures documentation and photos are complete for each job.
- Monitoring job progression.
- Completing both insurance program and corporate job file audits.
- Other duties might include responding to customers, insurance adjusters and insurance program phone calls, drafting correspondence, filing and creating reports.
- Experience in a clerical/administrative role.
- Experience in the restoration industry (preferred but not required).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Professionalism in both written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
