Position Title : Construction Superintendent
Location : Fort Walton Beach, FL
Reports To : Construction Manager
Job Summary : The Construction Superintendent will oversee construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to schedules, and compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include job site inspections, performing minor punch list tasks, running materials, and managing small handyman-type scopes. This role is pivotal in maintaining project efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
Perform minor punch list tasks to ensure project completion meets quality standards.
Coordinate and run materials to job sites as needed, ensuring timely delivery and availability.
Ensure all work performed meets company standards and client expectations.
Execute small handyman-type tasks and repairs as required on various projects.
Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Enforce safety protocols on all job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records of job site activities, inspections, and any issues encountered.
