Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Content Processing Technician to join our team. As a key member of the Contents Division, you will play a vital role in recovering and restoring customer belongings. Your responsibilities will include processing, sorting, and carefully cleaning household goods, ensuring high-quality results and maintaining quality control standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and process household goods, including small items and large furniture, using specialized techniques and equipment.
- Maintain a detailed inventory of processed items, capturing and uploading photos for insurance documentation purposes.
- Organize and manage inventory in our storage warehouse, ensuring efficient access and retrieval of items.
- Collaborate with the Contents Division Manager and Content Restoration Supervisor to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the Contents Division.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in content recovery and restoration.
Requirements
- Prior experience in content recovery, restoration, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
- A valid driver's license and ability to operate large vehicles safely are mandatory.
- Previous experience with iCat or similar software is a plus, but not required.
