We are seeking a Content Processing Technician to join our team at SERVPRO, an industry leader in property damage restoration with over 2,200 locations nationwide. We specialize in fire, water, mold, and biohazard cleaning.
Our Contents Division is responsible for recovering and restoring customer belongings. You will be responsible for processing, sorting, and carefully cleaning household goods, including small items and large furniture. This role reports directly to the Content Restoration Supervisor and the Contents Division Manager.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience cleaning, sorting, and handling valuable objects.

Responsibilities:
- Carefully handle customer belongings such as furniture, electronics, art, textiles, etc., and maintain quality control standards
- Perform a variety of specialty cleaning methods
- Follow safety instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies
- Operate industrial Ultrasonic cleaning machine
- Maintain a detailed inventory; capture and upload photos for insurance documentation
- Neatly pack and unpack items according to company procedures
- Carry and organize furniture and boxes within our storage warehouse
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning, moving, packing, and/or inventory management
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver's License and ability to safely operate large vehicles
- Previous experience with iCat or similar software is a plus
Benefits:
- $20 - $25 per hour based on experience
- $1,200 sign-on bonus
- Full-time employees eligible for benefits at 90 days
