Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Demolition Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently dismantling structures, ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. Candidates with experience in various construction-related skills will be highly regarded.
Duties
- Safely dismantle buildings and structures using hand tools and power tools.
- Remove debris and hazardous materials from job sites.
- Assist in the preparation of sites for new construction or restoration projects.
- Operate heavy machinery as needed, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Perform tasks related to concrete finishing, stucco application, flooring installation, glass installation, and plastering as required.
- Conduct site clean-up and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in demolition or construction is preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of concrete finishing, stucco application, hardscape installation, flooring installation, glass installation, carpentry, and plastering is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
- Must be able to follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project specifications.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 60 per week
