Job Description:
The Facilities Restoration Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of our restoration team. This individual will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that job schedules and products meet customer quality standards at minimum costs. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversees the day-to-day operations of restoration crews
* Manages tasks and activities of diverse workforce
* Develops and implements processes to improve performance
* Ensures compliance with safety procedures and safe working practices
Requirements:
* Valid Driver's License
* 2 years of management experience (Preferred)
* At least one year of restoration industry experience preferred
* IICRC certifications preferred
