As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to learn and grow within our organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Equipment Preparation: Inventory and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance throughout the day.
- Job Site Setup: Prepare rooms/areas for work activities, setting up staging areas and equipment as needed.
- Job Site Cleanliness: Ensure that all jobsites are left with a clean and orderly appearance at the end of each day.
- Production Processes: Perform production processes following SERVPRO's guidelines, as directed by the crew chief.
- Communication: Foster clear two-way communication with the crew chief and other technicians, particularly regarding customer needs and concerns.
- End-of-Day Cleanup: Perform end-of-day cleanup and breakdown, leaving jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance.
