Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews
- Ensure accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates
- Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
- Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects
- Review job site documentation to support services provided
- Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- IICRC certification a preferred
