What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water / Fire Damage Restoration Technician position at Servpro?

Some of the other services we provide are mold remediation, reconstruction and bio-hazard cleanup.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment
- Prepare rooms / areas for work activities (extracting standing water, demolition, placing equipment, etc.)
- Set up staging area and equipment for each project
- Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines and Crew Chief instruction
- Ensure clear two-way communication with Crew Chiefs and other Technicians
- Relay customer needs and concerns
- Perform end-of-day / end-of-job cleanup and breakdown
- Leave job sites looking clean and orderly
