Key Responsibilities :
- Architecting and designing complex ServiceNow solutions, including integrations with other systems.
- Leading technical discussions and decision-making on best practices for development and implementation.
- Reviewing code, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing technical guidance to the development team.
- Managing large-scale ServiceNow projects, including planning, scoping, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
