Our expertise includes designing and manufacturing essential products such as Power Distribution Centers (E-Houses), LACT Stations, and Prefabricated Pump Stations. We also offer Custom Electrical and Motor Controls and Panels, UL Listed PLC Panels, SCADA, and Telemetry Systems.
This position is responsible for purchasing materials for domestic and international jobs, according to project-defined scopes and specifications. The focus will be on procuring electrical hardware components, steel, pipe, or consumables. Additionally, this person should become well-versed in Roestrac, Viewpoint, and company processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating supplier purchase orders, including vendor acceptance
- Negotiating pricing with vendors
- Receiving RFQs from Professional Services Departments and working directly with them on substitutions and pricing
- Working closely with Project Managers on approvals and buyout reports
- Entering data into purchasing and accounting systems
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work flexible hours including overtime. A bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is strongly preferred; a High School Diploma or GED is required.
