Position summary:
This position is cumbent on employment on a Federal Installation in which the applicant must be able to
pass a federal background investigation. Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy
cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, waxing, buffing, burnishing floors, washing
walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include performing routine custodial maintenance on
machinery used in daily operations, notifying Servtech management of need for repairs. Individual may
also be cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk. Operating large cleaning equipment such as scrubbing
machines and propane buffers.
Tasks:
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Strip and refinish floors.
- Gather and empty trash. Collect and remove cardboard and compact cardboard using baler. Making
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

- Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
