Job Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of routine activities in support of functional areas such as production operations, engineering, or human resources for a specific project, business or a technical unit
- Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources
- Compile, review and analyze data
- Use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations
- May design processes to enhance work flow
- Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures
- Promote, support, and uphold the organization's mission, values, and culture.
- Monitor and track key supply chain performance metrics, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), lead times, and cost performance.
- Prepare and deliver reports to management, summarizing key insights, risks, and opportunities.
- Leverage data-driven analysis to support strategic decision-making and continuous supply chain improvements
