Job Description:
Guiding and mentoring group of 105 in Data Science
Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of Generative AI use cases from concept to production.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver use cases in an accelerated timeline.
- Develop and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure alignment of product vision with business objectives and customer needs.
- Oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and enhancements.
- Communicate product status, progress, and future plans to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI or innovative technologies.
- Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes.
- Proven ability to deliver complex products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional, remote, and offshore teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
