Client has new requirements from FHFA to document the Models used for predictive analysis, much better than what exists. New and better documentation is part of what the new requirements are.

Job Description:

Skills/Experience Required:

• Understanding of mathematical models, statistics, and their applications.
• Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and data visualization techniques.
• Understanding of the finance/mortgage industry is a plus. Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience; Master s degree preferred.
• Expertise in content creation, editing, and structuring documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and translate business needs into actionable documentation and process recommendations.
• Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Experience facilitating discussions and workshops with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and clarify documentation needs.
• Experience in working with large volumes of data and associated analytical data models
• Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between technical and business stakeholders.
• Learning and training skills, including the ability to create user training materials and facilitate training sessions.
• 6 years of experience as a business systems analyst with experience in technical writing
