Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and team members.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and files using Microsoft suite and QuickBooks.
- Handle office management duties including inventory management of supplies and equipment.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- One call processing
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (word and Excel) and QuickBooks is a plus.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
