Description
Sese Industrial is a greenfield operation that has an immediate opening for Maintenance Technician. He/she will provide material to meet the needs of the maintenance activities of the facilities, assembly lines and ensure compliance of the products quality and meets customers’ delivery time. Facilities maintenance professional that is reliable in terms of availability and is focused reduction of costs associated with their activities. Part of the maintenance team with the focus equipment part availability.
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the inclusion of any obtained organizational knowledge into the QMS.
- Meeting production program in time and form (Just-In-Sequence-Production).
- Ensuring the implementation of good practices.
- Maintain inventory system.
- Maintain Parts-room Logbook.
- Conduct weekly inventory validations.
- Submit end-of-the-month inventory reports
- Order spare parts and materials as needed.
- Conduct physical inventory based on predetermined schedule.
- Promoting and implementing continuous improvement in the facilities, equipment, maintenance and maintenance process.
- Troubleshooting and repairing production machinery ranging from conveyor system problems to Siemens PLC programming issues.
- Analyze failures to propose improvements.
- Follow the stock of spares (in terms of command and delay)
- Ensure compliance and following the policy and procedures according to the “Employee Handbook”.
- Being responsible for the execution of the internal maintenance system. (PM System)
- Operate appropriately within respective areas of the Quality Program and Safety.
- Conducting interventions on different technical fields (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic)
- Focus on compliance with the objectives of production, quality, time, and analyze the results and incidents of production (downtime, OEE, Planned Maintenance), manage quality incidents, provide feedback of the corrective actions or preventive steps implemented to proper departments.
- Provide technical support to assist engineering and other maintenance operators in performing their tasks, convey his/her knowledge to train, monitor the process and ensure its proper functioning.
- Propose ideas for improvement.
- Additional responsibilities and activities may be added on a need basis, as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum education requirement: 2-year technical degree or
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance team or
- Minimum 4-7 years trouble shooting and repair in a production environment including facility maintenance. Proficient in trouble shooting.
- High tolerance towards working under pressure.

KNOWLEDGE IN THE FOLLOWING TECHNICAL AREAS:
- Fabrication including MIG welding and machine shop skills, Milling machine, Lathe, etc
- Maintenance and repair for facility systems, air compressors, electrical, plumbing
- Industrial Mechanical Maintenance
- Proficiency in trouble shooting Siemens PLCs, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Light fabrication and welding skills required.
- Facilities Maintenance
- Ability and skills to analyze problems.
- Knowledge in Quality System such as ISO TS 16949, OHSAS
