Senior GIS Support Analyst (Contract)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior GIS Support Analyst to join our client's team on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide critical support for our ArcGIS and ArcFM-based Enterprise GIS system and applications. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of these critical systems.
Responsibilities :
- Provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 level technical support for ArcGIS and ArcFM applications.
- Develop minor enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, and ASP.NET (C#).
- Support and troubleshoot Client Landbase applications, including new development requests.
- Deploy and administer ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) instances.
- Monitor system performance and conduct performance tuning activities.
- Publish services and manage user roles and privileges within the ArcGIS environment.
- Coordinate with other teams, including server support, security, and database administrators.
- Document and share best practices and lessons learned with the team.
- Provide regular status updates to the client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end-users of enterprise applications.
