Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on strategic initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and new market entry.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay abreast of evolving healthcare regulations and ensure client compliance.
- Conduct regulatory risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide guidance on complex regulatory issues, such as HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid.
Operational Improvement:
