Position Title: Barback
Reports To: General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Shift Lead
Position Summary:
Assisting the bartender, the barback performs tasks primarily behind the bar, directly assisting the bartenders quickly and efficiently.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fill any syrup bottles, garnish stations, liquor bottles, and ice.
- Prep all garnishes including picking, cutting, and peeling.
- Remove dirt glassware from bar seats.
- Wash dishes and glassware as needed.
- Pre-bus and reset bar seats.
- Perform routine opening and closing duties.
Required Skills or Traits:
- Ability to multi-task.
- Effective workload management.
- Detail orientated.
