Sessler Wrecking is looking for a Project Manager/Estimator for our Southeast Division!
Over the past 66 years, Sessler Wrecking has grown into one of the largest turn-key demolition specialists in the country. We are seeking a candidate to support the Southeast Demolition Division of Sessler Wrecking. This opportunity will be working in an exciting and high-growth environment focusing on Project Estimating and Project Management.

Responsibilities include:- Responsible for coordinating, organizing, and tracking the flow of project-related information.
- Attends project pre-bid meetings and assesses projects for new business opportunities.
- Project documentation review: drawings, specifications, constructability, and value engineering; to support the project team.
- Creation of detailed cost estimates and proposals.
- Review contract requirements, generate vendor and subcontractor agreements, support buyout processes, and review vendor and subcontractor invoices.
- Develop project submittals (e.g., Work Plan, Health & Safety Plan, Demolition Plan, Crane Pick Plan, Traffic Control Plan, Waste Management Plan, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, etc.).
- Project scheduling and coordination with the Project Superintendents.
- Creation of detailed cost estimates and proposals.
- Support the Corporate Health & Safety Director in making sure that projects are in compliance with company and client-specific requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, or equivalent combinations of training and/or experience in the demolition industry.
- Experience in demolition/construction estimating and project management is desired.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in servicing both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team setting.
- High standards for accuracy, organization, flexibility, and time management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word) as well as Bluebeam, Adobe, or AutoCAD, and experience with scheduling and estimating software (MS Project, B2W Estimate, etc.) is desired.
- Salary Range: $80,000-$140,000.
