• Ability to incorporate and apply new learning at the moment
• Microsoft Excel required, specifically in data analysis/Pivot Tables
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and Windows OS
• Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving & interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust focus to account for cause and effect
• Attentive to detail and strong error-checking skills
• Precise and accurate data entry
• Ability and willingness to take on a variety of tasks as part of our team

As part of the Inventory Team, you will help to track the progress of our growing products (trees and shrubs) to ensure that we have the plants we need to excite our customers this year, next year, and 2-3 years out. Manipulating and understanding complex data sets, processing daily, weekly, and monthly cycle & sizing counts, and adjusting size, quantity, and location, as needed, are just a few of the key tasks for this position. You will also work with the Orders team to ensure accurate availability and assist in editing and adjusting order quantities. Cross-training in shipping and order entry will be required to achieve thorough competency in the Inventory role.

Sester Farms is a dynamic and growing industry-leading wholesale nursery based in Gresham OR. The climate and soil in NW Oregon combined with our extensive horticulture expertise allow us to grow beautiful, award-winning trees and shrubs at an amazing pace. Our dedicated people manage every aspect of growing, managing inventory, selling, and shipping these plants to much of the lower 48, Alaska, and Canada, with the finance department, maintenance teams, and software development team keeping all of the processes running smoothly.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
