Admin Assistant's perform duties such as arranging meetings, scheduling appointments, keeping the office calendar, answering telephones and editing correspondence as well as maintaining client files and databases, creating computer spreadsheets and helping in general office duties.

Qualification:
Requirements:
- Four (4) years’ experience in office administration and/or receptionist work including experience in filing, chart management, Microsoft Office, customer service and communications.
- Ability to:
- Pass a drug screening and State of Alaska background check
- Qualify for SFA’s commercial automobile insurance
- A current valid driver’s license
Skills required:

Job responsibilities:
- Manage all client charts including, but not limited to:
- Creating charts for new clients, filing documents correctly and discharging charts for old clients
- Performing quality assurance audits on charts, discharges and medication logs
- Maintaining new client applications prior to admission
- Create transportation logs and binders
- Create systems / processes to increase productivity among office workflow including forms and documents as needed
- Procurement of residential supplies for clients and staff
- Support the administrative needs of the clinical staff
- Answers phones and general questions about the program and the application process
