Job DescriptionDepartment : SalesReporting structure : VP of Service Sales / VP of MarketingJob title brief description : The Service Sales and Marketing Manager will work to drive new customer growth within our spindle repair business. This role will communicate directly to our customer base and direct our marketing efforts to "win" repairs with end user manufacturing customers. This position will drive service / repair lead generation, strategic account growth, top of funnel marketing campaigns, and support marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall service growth.Qualifications : 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience required.3-years' minimum experience in selling machine tool components, spindles, slides, or related industrial products.5 years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Requires minimum supervision, except in areas which are of a unique aspect.Understanding and application of standard project management methodologies.Strong work ethic and self-motivation.Able to coordinate multiple projects at one time and maintain project schedules.Expected to work from the office approximately 25% of time to support planning, target marketing, customer satisfaction, and communication to customer, and be traveling into assigned territory a minimum of 50% of the time.Primary Tasks : Drive service sales growth by executing sales and marketing strategic objectives. Support the sales and marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.Identify target markets, customer segments, and key customers to aggressively drive short- and long-term services sales.Regularly hold meetings with regional sales managers and management to align each territory sales and marketing efforts to yield sales that meet or exceed goals.Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads through integrated marketing efforts, phone calls, email campaigns.Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and trade shows.Support the sales team with marketing collateral, case studies, brochures, and presentations.Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and communications.Oversee the company's digital marketing strategies, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.Analyze and report on digital marketing performance and ROI, continuously optimizing efforts for improved results.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Provide insights and recommendations based on research to help shape product development and positioning.Oversee the development of content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, newsletters, and case studies.Ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.Plan and execute participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and events.Develop event strategies to maximize brand exposure and generate leads.Monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.NOTE : Any Employee may be assigned additional or alternate tasks and objectives necessary to achieve departmental or company goals.
