Lead Land Surveyor (RTK & GPS)

Job Summary

As a Crew Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a team engaged in construction or maintenance projects. Your role will involve ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct crew members on-site
• Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety regulations
• Inspect work progress and address any issues promptly
• Maintain project documentation and reports

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software for drafting purposes
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for project planning
• Knowledge of GPS systems for site mapping
• Understanding of geometry, trigonometry, and algebra for project calculations
• Experience with MicroStation for creating schematics is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Construction site

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Survey Crew Chief: 3 years (Required)
• Total Station RTK & GPS data collection systems: 1 year (Required)
• ALTA, boundary, topography, control, construction: 1 year (Required)
• Leadership & Team Management: 1 year (Required)
• Lead Land Surveyor (RTK & GPS): 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
