Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all logistics-related inquiries, requests, and issues
Understand clients' business needs and objectives, proactively offering logistics solutions and services that add value and address their requirements
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of logistics services and exceed client expectations
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfactions, identify areas for improvement, and present innovative solutions to optimize their supply chain operations
Monitor account performance and key metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges, and taking proactive measures to address them
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitors' activities, providing valuable insights to drive business strategy and client retention efforts
Requirements
What you need to bring to the table :
1 year industry experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
Aptitude to learn new TMS and CRM systems
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to persuade, motivate, influence, and negotiate with others
Must be able to think quickly and handle high volume situations
Excellent time management skills
Ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships
Ability to thrive under deadlines, drive results, multi-task and work with a sense of urgency
Remains positive and flexible in an ever-changing environment with shifting priorities
Detail oriented with strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills
