Operations Specialist – Shipping/Receiving

This is an open position within the Operations Department of Setna iO.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

· Shipping aviation components to both customers and vendors.

· Packaging material up to ASA standards.

· Communicating internally and externally to resolve issues with paperwork.

· Reviewing complex paperwork.

· Managing inventory locations.

· Prioritizing day to day tasks.

· General warehouse responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Ability to learn quickly.

· High attention to detail.

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

· Communication skills, both internally and externally.

· Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Willingness to show up on time and work efficiently without being micro-managed.

· Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

· Ability to operate a forklift preferred, but not required.

· DG shipping certifications preferred, but not required.
