Seton Manor, located in Hampton, VA, is a 6-story, independent living community for seniors 62 and older. Seton Manor is currently recruiting a highly motivated & experienced individual to assist in the day-to-day operations, work as an integral part of a team of employees and enhance the lives of the residents. The Administrative Assistant is the first impression of our property. Property Management is a fast-paced, highly regulated, customer service focused environment. Must be able to work independently.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
- Assist Property Manager with tasks, including collection of rent, posting rents, and making daily bank deposits.
- Schedule resident recertification interviews.
- Maintain resident files in accordance with HUD and company policies.
- Maintain property waiting list.
- Answering phones in a polite and professional manner.
- Processing invoices for payment.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize.
- OneSite software preferred.
- HUD knowledge preferred.
- Excellent Customer Service skills required.
