Responsibilities The Graduate Nurse positionis responsible for planning and delivery of direct and indirectpatient care, developing nursing care plan in coordination withpatient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary andcommunicating changes in patient's clinical condition withPhysicians, Nursing Supervisor / Manager, and co-workers asappropriate. Qualifications Job Requirements : Completion ofeducation to obtain Texas Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)Registered Nurse (RN) with Texas Board of Nursing – OR – currenthome state license is required for multi-state license recognitionthrough the Nurse Licensure Compact. Required to complete theeducation necessary to obtain my BSN degree within four (4) yearsof my date of hire with Seton Medical Center Harker Heights BLSthrough American Heart Association required upon hire ACLS throughAmerican Heart Association within 6 months Preferred JobRequirements : Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Med / Surghospital setting preferred
