The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a business office environment with general accounting responsibilities, as well as strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite. Experience with business applications and accounting software is also preferred.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, statements, and payment schedules.
- Processing payments and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
- Verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Preparing analysis of accounts and producing bi-monthly reports.
