RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies
- Performs small repairs as assigned
- Supports landscaping and maintenance teams with routine tasks
- Completes routine tasks to support maintenance of hotels and restaurants across properites
- Sets up banquet rooms as instructed by supervisor
- Manages supplies and ensures orderly work areas
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Positive attitude
- Able to work a flexible schedule, which may include nights, weekends, long days, and holidays
- Able to follow spoken and written instructions, completing assigned list each day independently
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
