Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurants operational performance and well-being. You will help train and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurants high standards. You will also help facilitate communication between our chefs and waitstaff. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.
Pay to commensurate with experience
Sign on Bonus after 90 days
Duties and Responsibilities :
Assist in Organizing / Building / Managing waitstaff team
Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Help develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
Maintaining optimal restaurant ambiance
Adhering to company policies and standards
Outside expedition during peak / rush hour
Filling shifts as needed
Qualifications :
High school diploma / GED
Previous restaurant management experience
Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS software
