JOB SUMMARY The primary responsibility of this position is to work in the Event Services office assisting with daily operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
● Ability to relay information to students, faculty, and staff regarding room, chair, and table reservations via phone, email, or in-person
● Greeting and speaking with students, faculty, and staff to answer questions and provide assistance in a professional manner
● Scheduling delivery/pick of chairs and tables requested by various departments
● Assist in behind-the-scenes event management, including event setup & tear down
