Summary:
Under the direction of the Team Lead; provide superior service in expanding and maintaining the Group Benefits client base; analyze and maintain an assigned book of business by integrating with Client’s business initiatives, recommending effective risk management strategies, and implementing cost effective solutions to help maintain Client cost, benefit strength, and perceived employee value. The Consultant should have experience leading and handling employers in the 50-150 employee market segment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proactively lead renewal process and allocate resources to the Client with the assistance of the Account Manager
- Maintain an advanced understanding of alternative funding methods and associated mechanics of those options
- Develop an expertise in risk management with data driven recommendations via assessments and relevant Seubert resources
- Lead employee communication initiatives allocating teammate(s) and creative communication venues to the Client
- Participate in new business meetings articulating your role and thought leadership to the Client and their benefit initiatives when assigned by Team Lead.
Certificates/Licenses/Education:

- Valid Drivers License Required
- Relevant Insurance/Employee Benefit Designations Strongly Preferred
