As an Area Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to a supportive and motivated work environment. You will have opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as the chance to mentor and inspire other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Reliability to commute to our Lincoln Park and Naperville locations.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple clinic locations to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Manage and support staff, providing guidance and resources to enhance performance.
- Monitor sales targets.
- Implement company initiatives and strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote professional development.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction across all clinics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and drive client engagement.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or client concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end beauty services environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to eectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Proficiency in scheduling software or systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of scheduling and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support salon operations.
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends and terminology is a plus, but not required.
Scheduling Requirements:
- Must be available to work a 40 hour work week.
- Rotating Saturday commitment required.
- Must be able to commute to Lincoln Park and Naperville.
- Must be available to work 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM each day.

The pay range for this role is:
54,000 - 64,000 USD per year(Lincoln Park, IL)
