Job Summary :

The Aesthetics Field Trainer will play a pivotal role in the service excellence and proficiency of our

clinical staff which includes RNs, Aestheticians, Laser Technicians and NPs within an assigned Region.

This individual will report to the Director of Training and be responsible for the delivery of service

training and on-going assessment of SEV standard protocols across our menu of services.

Responsibilities :

• Provide hands on training and coaching to clinical staff on the safe and effective use of all Laser Devices and modalities across the SEV service offering.
• Provide and take the lead on new hire training within the assigned Region. Monitor new hire learning checkpoints during onboarding and assess for additional training on a quarterly basis.
• Assess the effectiveness of training sessions with all providers and provide feedback to Leadership when additional training may be required.
• Observe providers during treatments and provide coaching to improve the client experience and ensure protocol is being met.
• Work as the SEV subject matter expert on all services and provide assistance with client concerns or adverse events when appropriate.
• Closely monitor KPIs within the region to assess where training is necessary in order to advance a provider, elevate the client experience and meet company sales enablement expectations.
• Serve as the SEV subject matter expert on all services and promotional offerings, helping to lead and guide clinical team members to excel with company initiatives.
• Work in collaboration with the Director of Training, the Field Operations Leaders and District Managers to identify best in class treatments and build effective educational programming to support.
• Monitor clinical charting and be available to coach clinical team members with Treatment Planning as well as to address any adverse events.
• Assist with New Office Openings within Region, training clinical staff on services, Laser Safety Science and the SEV Standard.
• May be required on occasion to work a shift performing laser services in office. This would be designed to keep skills current and / or cover the absence of another clinical staff member.

The pay range for this role is :

90,000 - 120,000 USD per year(Central Park, NY)
